Old Navy’s Latest Vintage Kenner Tees

Old Navy has just released their follow-up to this Summer's Kenner Imperial tee and it is a new tee that of the heroes of A New Hope. This second shirt to feature vintage action figures from the mall retailer has been found both in brick and mortar stores and online. These tees feature the same Kenner figure images that are a part of LFL/Disney's current style guide. The links to order a tee of your own can be found in the links below. New Gaming Greats Figures – Revan & Nihilus Preorder

Today we received word from Hasbro that Gamestop's latest Gaming Greats figures went up for preorder. The two new exclusive Black Series figures include Jedi Knight Revan and Darth Nihilus. While Jedi Knight Revan has been knowing for some time now, Darth Nihilus was a surprise. The Gaming Greats continues to be a source for 6" collectors to obtain popular Expanded Universe AKA Legends characters. Darth Nihilus, like Darth Revan, has been released previously in the 3 3/4" scale but Jedi Knight Revan is exclusive now to the 6" line. European Release of Cad Bane 2-Pack

What was originally intended to be European Convention exclusive, Cad Bane and TODO 360 can now be pre-ordered exclusively in European Countries. A Bane figure has been highly speculated about since the debut of the new packaging for the 6" line as what we now know is the brim of his hat could be seen on an adjoining figure. While this figure is set to be made available in the states in October, it is also rumored that it will appear in the general Black Series and without mostly likely TODO 360. Fan First Friday August 2020 Reveals

Celebrating 25 Years of POTF2

August officially rings in the 25th Anniversary of The Power of the Force line, now affectionately referred to as POTF2. The line, which adopted its name from the final Kenner Star Wars line from 1985, is the beginning of the modern era of Star Wars action figure collecting. Even though other lines from companies like Justoys, Galoob, and Out of Character existed, Hasbro (then using the Kenner brand name they purchased a few years prior) brought Star Wars toys to the masses in a way only paralleled by Kenner itself in the '70s and '8os. 2020’s Disney Disney Droid Factory Droid

Following a similar timeline of the past few years, since Disney started producing Holiday-themed Astromech droids in their park exclusive Droid Factory line, August has been the release month for their Halloween-themed droid. This year, BB-BOO20 (BB for the type of droid, BOO for Halloween and 20 for the year) joins the ever-growing list of buid-a-droids Disney has produced over the years. While we have yet to see the back of the card which typically gives a sentence or so of background about each droid, this one appears to be on Pasaana by the look of the front of the card.
