Director Thrawn – The Grand Admiral Variant

With the latest wave of Rogue One 3 3/4" figures hitting online etailers, there is now a new variant in the wild for those so inclined to pursue.  It appears the good Grand Admiral has the same ambition as Director Krennic as he can be found with two different ranks. Our TOY RUN co-host over at Jedibusiness.com received the correctly ranked Grand Admiral where we received a version mimicking the doomed director of the Death Star project. We are assuming the correct version as seen on Star Wars Rebels is the second version, produced after our own which bears the date stamp of Friday, October 28th, 2016. 2016 Review & Hope for 2017!

Happy New Year to you all!  We here at From4-LOMtoZuckuss.com have had a great year when it comes to not only Star Wars figure collecting but with Star Wars in general.  With our friends over at Jedibusiness.com, we successfully launched the weekly podcast TOY RUN: The Star Wars Action Figure Cast where we have interviewed many prominent members of the collecting community including our friends Gus Lopez, Steve Sansweet, Bill McBride, Tom Berges as well as Hasbro's Design Director Steve Evans.  We appeared on the Collectors Galaxy podcast, on another episode of  Retroblasting's Star Wars Follies and co-hosted an episode of Star Wars Action News.  We attended Star Wars nights at both the Tacoma Rainiers and Seattle Mariners, we hosted a panel on Star Wars action figures at Emerald [...]

12″ Rogue One Figure Guide Update

We have completed our update of what we can tell is the internet's only modern Hasbro 12” Star Wars Action Figure Checklist and Visual Guide. While this line is not extremely popular with collectors, it continues to produce new figures and product.  For this update, in addition to adding the entire Rogue One series, we have also updated a few Rebels deluxe images and added the last three The Force Awakens figures which were released earlier this year. We are pleased to announce that our Disney Droid Factory Build-a-Droid Guide is fully updated and complete.  You can now find every single Droid Factory released by Disney in our guide. Rogue One Half (A Star Wars Parody)

Jordan and Cody from jorcomedia.com, the team behind last year's Star Wars Celebration Fan Film Awards Best Comedy winner "Bounty Buddies", have written in to let us know they have dropped their latest stop-motion short film: Rogue One Half (A Star Wars Parody).  The film which is perfectly timed with the release of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story later this week, takes a look as the Rebels' attempt to defeat an AT-AT. A long time ago, before the Rebels had it figured out... Admiral Ackbar & Mon Mothma led the first attacks against the Empire.
