As we patiently wait for this week's annual San Diego Comic-Con Hasbro Panel, which typically provides an early look at what we can expect to see on shelves in the fall, we wanted to share with you our guide to all things Star Wars for the next convention upcoming in September; Hasbro's very own HASCON. Thrawn’s SDCC Exclusive Easter Eggs

With San Diego Comic Con 2017 now just one month away, we thought we would take a closer look at the upcoming 6" Black Series exclusive. This figure exclusive was announced back in April at during Hasbro's Star Wars Celebration panel. To hear the actual announcement from Celebration Orlando 2017, check out Episode 55 of TOY RUN below. This figure will join fellow Star Wars Rebels characters Kanan Jarrus, Ahsoka Tano and Sabine Wren in 6" form. 40th Anniversary Hasbro Commercial

Last Friday, Hasbro debuted their latest Star Wars action figure commercial and it featured something truly special. In the stop-motion animated short, it featured not only toys from Hasbro's 40th Anniversary Collection 6" line but each one of the line's vintage Kenner counterparts. This is the first commercial to truly feature Hasbro's The Black Series 6" figure line and as well as the first to use Kenner figures since the mid-80's. Hasbro’s Celebration Booth – First Look

We were able to get an early look at Hasbro's Celebration Orlando show floor booth.  While other than showing off their latest action figure and toy offerings, Hasbro has gone all out in showing their love for the history of the action figure line. The 40th Anniversary of Star Wars and Hasbro's long legacy of creating Star Wars toys is treated with great appreciation and love. While not only displaying large vintage card backs from Kenner, they pay respect to Mark Bordeaux, pay tribute to The Epic Continues, and have a timeline of every action figure line they have produced since gaining the license on June 7, 1977.

Hasbro 6″ Black Series Vehicle Press Photos

Hasbro and Yahoo Movies have announced the next two vehicles that will be joining the 6" Black Series line.  Luke Skywalker's X-34 Landspeeder will be debuting this Fall on Force Friday and will include a new version of the farmboy.  The set will be numbered #02 as it is the second vehicle to be released in the red Black Series packaging. This version of Luke includes his poncho making this set somewhat reminiscent of Hasbro's Ultimate 12" Luke Skywalker (100th Action Figure Collection) figure released in 2000's Power of the Jedi line. Toy Fair 2017 Coverage

February 18th marks the beginning of the annual event put on the by Toy Industry Association, Inc. in New York City.  Toy Fair provides companies a showcase to debut new products that are set to be released throughout the year while trying to woo retailers into supporting their brands.
