A Kenner Creation in Rogue One?

While still processing through the information overload that was last weekend's Star Wars Celebration Europe London, we think we have happened across what appears to be an Imperial Troop Transport in Rogue One.  Appearing in one brief blink-and-you-miss-it scene in the sizzle reel from the Rogue One Panel, a couple of familiar shapes appear next to an explosion of Stormtroopers.  The shapes are more reminiscent of the modern form of the ITT which is present in the Star Wars Rebels animated series and who share this same timeframe with Rogue One. Now it goes without saying that if this is indeed an ITT, vintage collectors will enjoy seeing one of Kenner's first original creations make it to into a Star Wars film proper. Fan’s Choice Polls Are Open at Starwars.com

Yesterday, Starwars.com put up the six finalists selected by select fan sites across the web for which character will be the next 6" Black Series figure. Four of the six nominations from From4-LOMtoZuckuss.com made it into the final poll.  Voting is currently taking place and will continue right up until Hasbro's San Diego Comic-Con Star Wars panel this Friday at noon Pacific. Interesting to note that Hera Sydulla from Star Wars Rebels, who can in #3 on our poll (and #1 over at our friends at Yakface.com), was absent for the final nominees. Hasbro has shared their finalist for their Star Wars #HasbroToyPic solicitation earlier this year. If you recall Hasbro requested photos based on The Force Awaken created with Star Wars action figures for use in a photo timeline that will be on display at next week's San Diego Comic-Con. Hasbro’s Fan’s Choice Results – Semifinals

Yesterday, the results of our Hasbro Fan's Choice Poll were tallied and submitted to Hasbro.  The results of our poll will be combined with the 18 or so other site's participating and will be presented on Starwars.com for a final fan vote prior to this month's San Diego Comic-Con. This year's results were very interesting as characters no longer a part of the official Star Wars universe dominated many of the polls.  We were not alone in experiencing Expanded Universe dominance.  Our partner on TOY RUN: The Star Wars Action Figure Cast, JediBusiness.com ended up with 3 of the top 4 nominations going to EU characters.
