Hasbro’s Pulse Has Gone Live

Today is the launch date of Hasbro's collector focused site Hasbro Pulse. Their goal is to, "make sure that Hasbro fans never miss a beat about their favorite brands." Hasbro’s Star Wars Fans Choice Poll

We are happy to announce that Hasbro has once again turned to the fans to choose an upcoming Star Wars action figure! And SDCC’s Exclusive is…not 3 3/4″

Yesterday morning's announcement of Hasbro's Star Wars San Diego Comic-Con 2015 exclusive left us scratching our heads and a bit perplexed. The lack of a 3 3/4" action figure offering is a bit disappointing, as this year's SDCC would the last big event prior to the line's launch on Force Friday (September 4th, 2015). Its scary to think that the cards may be starting to become stacked against the original scale that started it all. We believe Hasbro when they say the 3 3/4" line isn't going anywhere but what we may not be reading between their lines is that it may not be the golden child it once was. RIP Christopher Lee

He commanded many iconic roles but for us here at From4-LOMtoZuckuss.com the late Christopher Lee will always be the wonderfully duplicitous Count Dooku. We were fortunate to get him in three Star Wars films no less and we hope he is celebrating his reunion with his contemporary Governor Tarkin (aka Peter Cushing).

Marvel’s Kenner Covers Update

With last week's debut of an upcoming Artoo-Detoo cover, we have updated all Marvel Comics "Action Figure Variant" covers released/solicited to date  on our Kenner Cameos page. Below is a gallery of the 10 covers in question and to find out more about these issues and other times Kenner designs have shown up outside of the action figure line head on over The Kenner Cameo Chronology! Now when it comes to Kenner's first 12 figures, the artist John Tyler Christopher only has four left: Stormtrooper, Death Squad Commander (Death Destroyer Commander), Tusken Raider and Jawa. Disney’s Droid Factory BAD Wave 2 Cheat Sheet

As many of our friends head Southeast to Disney's Star Wars Weekends in Orlando, Florida, we've put together a quick Build-a-Droid Guide for Disney's second wave of their Droid Factory line which debuted this week. The orange "X"s indicate figures from wave one released during Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim, California. There also appears to be three new hats to choose from: Mickey's wizard hat from Fantasia, Abe Lincoln's Top Hat and a blue Star Wars baseball cap. Also available this weekend is the Star Wars Weekends' Exclusive Holographic R2-D2.
