A Trip to Toytopia

This past weekend we paid a trip to the Washington State History Museum whom just finished up hosting a four month run of the traveling exhibition. Toytopia.   The exhibit which centers on the history of toys in America from the past 100 years included lots of displayed items and interactive play areas. There were lots of opportunities to read and hear about the creation and origin of many of today's popular toys. Toys including GI Joe, Lego, Barbie, Star Wars, Frisbee, Crayola, Cabbage Patch Kids, Erector, Monopoly and the list goes on, where all present in the exhibition. Dr. Aphra Comic Set SDCC Exclusive

We are very excited about The Vintage Collection's most recent exclusive! Doctor Aphra, who is coming the single carded line, will be joined by the two torturing and murdering droids, BT-1 and 0-0-0. While Triple Zero appears to be a great repaint, Beetee is has a newly sculpted dome and great accessories. This set is exclusive to this July's San Diego Comic-Con and will no doubt fetch a large sum on the secondary market as Aphra is a fan-favorite character as seen by her winning the last 3 3/4" Figure Fan Vote.
