With the announcement of the next Star Wars Celebration being in Los Angeles, we got really excited and decided that day commemorate the reveal but opening a Star Wars action figure each and every day. Life has grown ever increasingly busy with careers, kids in junior and high school, aging parents and all of the other things that makes life worth living. And while we continue to collect and love collecting, opening and “playing” with our toys often takes a back seat, which is how it should be.
And while we regret nothing, he have decided to replace 15 minutes usually spent doom-scrolling about whatever political and/or social issue is taking place that day, with making a short video on opening a Star Wars action figure or toy. We have enough unopened figures in our collection to do this for years so why not give it the ol’ college try.
Are these extremely detailed, strict reviews of each figure? Not really. Will these videos provide on background on the character and/or actor? Sure, sometimes, Jake is a history teacher after all. Is this kinda an action figure vlog? I guess, as its minimally edited, quick and honest.
