Hasbro has reached out to us to let us know that The Khetanna (Jabba’s luxury barge of choice) will be available in 13 countries/territories outside of the US and Canada on March 28th! It will be sold via Hasbro Pulse’s new eBay page for $499.99 US with free shipping.
As promised, Hasbro’s Star Wars The Vintage Collection Jabba’s Sail Barge will be available beyond the US & Canada, in Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, and the UK. Limited quantities will be available to purchase here on Thursday, 3/28.
We are delighted to see many international collectors being given the opportunity to add this amazing piece to their collections but we are concerned about the number of barges that will actually be available. According to Hasbro at this year’s New York Toy Fair, only 10,000 barges were created and with 8,800 crowdfunded by US and Canada, that only leave around 1,200 for international collectors. If these go on sale at noon Pacific Time (because they are being shipped from California) with Hongkongers have to be online at 3 AM? We have reached out for answers and will let you know when we hear back.
