Micro Force & Fighter Pods Figure Checklists

In 2018, Hasbro began releasing Micro Force figures in blind bag 2-packs. Micro Force is described as “a line of squishable and easily collectible micro figures”. If this sounds familiar or looks familiar, it’s because this is a re-branding of Hasbro’s Fighter Pods line from 2012 (see that checklist below).

Hasbro’s Fighter Pods line was released in the lead up to Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace 3D being released in theaters (February 10^th, 2012). These rubbery micro figures included round pods that the figures could be placed into and shot from vehicle launchers. The following is Hasbro’s official 2012 Toy Fair press release announcing the series:

Series 3 “Rampage Battle Game” (Sept 2012)

For the third series, Hasbro introduced the “Rampage” sub-title in an effort to most likely inject some excitement into the line and its battle game feature. They also updated the packaging to reflect a red profile which was in-line with a lot of the Episode One 3D packaging on the market in 2012.

For the fourth series, Hasbro again changed the packaging art to include the green Yoda theme in anticipation for the release of Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones 3D, which we now know was never widely released in theaters due to the sale of Lucasfilm to the Walt Disney Company.
