The Future of Star Wars

During a tidal wave of new and mostly-amazing announcements made today during Disney's annual Investor's Day presentation, the future of the Star Wars franchise was made known. No less than 10 Star Wars properties were detailed with most of them being revealed for the first time. President of Lucasfilm, Kathleen Kennedy, hosted the LFL and Star Wars reveals. We'll breakdown what was mentioned and revealed about each project below. Cassian Andor Will Return!

Today Bob Iger announced a second live-action series will air on Disney's new upcoming streaming network Disney+. The show was first announced during the Disney Shareholders Call. Starwars.com then followed up the following article. Disney Chairman and CEO Bob Iger announced today that Lucasfilm is in development on a second Star Wars live-action series for Disney+, the Company’s new direct-to-consumer streaming service.
