Today Hasbro announced, in their first FanStream of the year, a handful of TVC and TBS figures including multiple pipelined figures as well. If you missed the stream, you can watch here:
Of the numerous reveals, we are excited for Cobb Vanth to finally find a place in TVC and the Amazon multipack featuring Ahsoka and her droids. The Retro collection reveals of Episodes II and III were exciting as well but we hoped for solid waves for each film.
It would not feel right if we did not express our disappointment with the rerelease of so many figures we have already and the lack of new figures from Ahsoka, Andor, The Book of Boba Fett, The Bad Batch and Obi-Wan Kenobi shows. With The Bad Batch ending in just a few months with Season 3, it still is a crime to be missing core team with the exception of Hunter. The year is young and with the announcement of Steve Evans’ return to the brand, we are hopeful to see some new things in the line in the months ahead.
