Despite New York Toy Fair 2018 running from February 17-20, the reveals began days earlier online. With Solo: A Star Wars Story set to drop on May 25th, 2018, Lucasfilm has gone back to showing their products at the International Toy Fair in February. Here is where we will provide all the news and reveals from this year’s show.
Wednesday, February 14th (Valentine’s Day)
Entertainment Weekly debuted the first look of the 3 3/4″ Kessel Run Millennium Falcon.
i09’s Gizmodo previewed four new figures from the 6″ Black Series line.

Thursday, February 15th
Mashable gave us at the very cute Chewbacca Furreal co-pilot which Hasbro provided us with press images and information on.

Friday, February 16th
Hasbro’s Design Director Steve Evans posted a few preview images on his Instagram.
In his posts, he showed off a completed Assualt Tank from The Vintage Collection as well as its vintage-styled box. Also seen were figures from the first wave of The Vintage Collection as well as the debut of the Fan Choice winning figure Dr. Aphra. Starwars.com also featured a look a some of the upcoming Star Wars Mighty Muggs.
Saturday, February 17th
At the Hasbro 2018 Entertainment Brand Preview event Hasbro made some landmark announcements when it comes to their Star Wars line. One of the first announcements was concerning the Hasbro Pulse website.
The HASBRO PULSE app is now available on iOS/Android in the US! This app lets you scan, browse, buy, and track your collection of Hasbro products from beloved brands such as Star Wars, Marvel, Transformers, and My Little Pony.

Hasbro made an unbelievable announcement:
Hasbro announced the launch of HASLAB, a new platform that hopes to put dream products into the hands of fans, starting with the biggest Star Wars vehicle Hasbro and Kenner have ever produced – JABBA’S SAIL BARGE! The campaign runs through April 3rd and you can learn more at HASBRO.COM/HASLAB.

This crowd-funded initiative to get this 4-foot vehicle/playset made needs 5000 collectors to back the project with $500. Within the first 8 hours of the campaign over 600 Sail Barges have been ordered.
Currently, the Sail Barge is not open to collectors outside of the United States. Rumors are swirling about a possible UK release but there’s no official word.

HASLAB takes inspiration from other platforms by inviting participants to support the product by backing the project up front by placing a pre-order.
