R2-BOO (September 2016)
All different types of Astromech droids populate the Star Wars galaxy. Each droid is different and has their own unique personality and colors. This devious Astromech is a space pirate that can often be found on the planet of Takadona. Join R2-BOO on his adventure throughout the galaxy.
As should be clear with this figures naming convention and choice of colors, this figure is meant to the represent the Halloween holiday.
- R2 Domes (1 version)
- R2 Bodies (1 version)
- R2-B00 – This droid undoubtedly blends in well with the forest/jungle settings found on Takadona.
This figure retailed for $12:95.
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story Set (October 2017)
All different types of Astromech droids populate the Star Wars galaxy. Each droid is different and has their own unique personality and colors. These four new Astromech figures are featured in the new film Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
May the Force be with you…and your Droids
This set represents the second Astromech multipack Disney has created and the second direct film tie-in release as well. Of note within this set is a newly sculpted version of an R3 dome which can easily be seen by looking at the droids holoprojector eye (or lack thereof). This also features the first droid in the Disney Droid Factory line to not have a name based on their ‘R’ model.
- R2 Domes (2 versions)
- R3 Domes – version 2.0 (1 version)
- R5 Domes (1 version)
- R2 Bodies – white (1 version)
- R2 Bodies – colored (3 versions)
- C2-B5 – This droid works to maintain ships and equipment for the evil Imperials.
- R2-BHD – It is unclear who this ghostly-looking droid belongs to but it is named after UK droid builder Brad Oakley AKA “BigHappyDude”.
- R3-M2 – The background of this droid of unusual eggshell color has yet to be revealed.
- R5-SK1 – This droid, which appears to be the spitting image of the Jawa’s R5-D4, has yet to have a backstory.
This set retailed for $29.99.
