On a recent trip to Las Vegas with our good friends from IGrewUpStarWars.com, we visited a very cool little toy shop: Rogue Toys.  Located on the south end of the Las Vegas strip (kitty corner from the Pawn Stars site) the shop features a good amount of the its retail space devoted to Star Wars toys.  The owner Steve Johnston has been in the location for just a few months but has already amassed an impressive amount of vintage Star Wars. Lots of loose vintage figures and boxed vintage vehicles, carded Power of the Force 2 figures and various boxed modern multipacks join a healthy collection of Transformers, GI Joes, superheroes and other new and old toys.

The next time you are in Las Vegas and looking for a break from the casinos, pay Steve a visit at:

Now in true Tusken fashion we didn’t leave empty handed as we snapped photos to add to our Tusken Toy Raiders page.

“Tusken Toy Raiders travel single file through the Jundland Wastes and beyond in search of toy stores full of Star Wars action figures to raid.  We must be cautious.”

While we were there Steve’s custom Millennium Falcon caught our eye.  Inspired by the 24k gold-plated Micro Machine Falcon from years past, he salvaged the beat-up vintage ship and turned it into a unique collectible.  Steve have plans for a similar custom for a Slave 1 in the future.
